EDUCATORS: Check out the Flexible Instrumentation Big Band charts from VJC Publications. And hear this great new music on our YouTube channel. VJC Publications offers flex. charts that don't compromise. These are exceptional investments for your ensemble library: Great charts to have during your program's robust years...and total lifesavers during the occasional lean years, too. Please give them a look and a listen!

All new 2024 VJCP releases are $5.00 off through the end of the JEN Conference in January 2025! As a reminder, 100% of each purchase goes back into supporting the educational activities of the Valley Jazz Cooperative.
SUPPORT
The VJC is grateful for partners in music education throughout the Valley. As an educational outreach of MSW Ministries, MSW is the VJC’s founding partner. Back in September 2021, Ravenscroft became the VJC’s primary (and permanent) program host. Additionally, in December 2023, the Mesa Community College (in collaboration with leading area jazz educator Paul Brewer) resumed a partnership with the VJC.

Originally, back in 2016, we were blessed to partner with Paul and MCC on a group that came to be know as the East Valley Jazz Cooperative. A year later, we expanded our educational offerings to launch a West Valley Jazz Cooperative at Glendale Community College, with the help and support of longtime-GCC educator Dave Schmidt. We remain grateful to Dave for that fruitful relationship. And we are delighted to have resumed our partnership with Paul Brewer and MCC, after a couple of (pandemic-induced) years apart.

Undoubtedly, we will continue to explore potential partnerships in the community with those who recognize the benefits that Valley Jazz Cooperative educational programs offer students. If your organization or institution is interested in an educational partnership with the VJC, please contact the VJC Director to examine the possiblities.
